CGMS/CSS on Authoring media

I've got a client wants to know if I can produce a small run of copy protected DVD-Rs. [They already know copy protection isn't very effective.] My understanding is that CGMS and/or CSS is possible on Authoring media (and I've got access to an S201). I need to confirm which parts of this assertion are true and what the workflow to create such a disc looks like.

Thanks in advance for the education...
