To begin with, please take the Guided Tour - this is probably the quickest way of getting started with DVDAfterEdit.
We have an illustrated PDF available for download that describes the features of TFDVDEdit 2, the predecessor of DVDAfterEdit 3. Nearly all of the information in this manual is accurate; it still forms the core of the new program. Some of the menus have been rearranged, and the VTS menus in the left pane have been moved to be with their corresponding VTS instead of being in a separate higher-level item. Other features have been expanded. But the DVD structure has not changed.
Preliminary documentation for the new features of version 3 are available on-line and in articles and tutorials. We are bringing this information together and will be updating and adding new chapters for the upcoming DVDAfterEdit 3 Manual, which will also be published in PDF format.
The manual was written by Trai Forrester, and is entitled "TFDVDEdit 2: On-Ramp to the DVD-Video Specification Superhighway."

Finally, an external link - many users have found The Unofficial DVD Specification very useful - it's a great, highly affordable introduction to the DVD Spec - although it contains a few innacuracies it can be an invaluable reference if you don't have the real thing.
