Errors from big Studio masters

Hi guys,
I've received a bunch of Universal Pictures DVD+R DL's authored by them. All I need to do is to apply CSS flags and supply DDP files to a local replicator.
But when I create DDP files in DVDAE 3.0.5.d2 I see all kind of strange messages in a log.
There are particularly worrying messages:
NavPack with inconsistent button group navigation corrected.
VTS 2, PGC 1, PG 2, Cell 1 First time map Error: insufficient time entries (1)
I suspect Universal guys messed with the original projects, but the DVD+R DL's play fine on all my Macs and PCs, as well as on stand-alone players.

I've never seen these particular errors. Often players are tolerant of out-of-spec conditions if nothing is invoked which triggers a problem. Almost any DVD run through the MEI versifier produces errors of some sort.
But the failure to mark layer breaks as seamless may be an ongoing problem with DVDAfterEdit. We have an issue with conflicts between the project preferences and actual saved values in the VIDEO_TS folder. I tried to resolve it with the layer break, but failed. And the CodeWarrior debugger doesn't work on Intel machines.
So I have been waiting for HDAfterEdit pre-mastering to be completed in order to follow through on these questions. But the demise of HD DVD has caused further delays in our development schedule.
If you want to send me an example I'll try running it through Eclipse. Best would be the VIDEO_TS folder as data DVD-R's.
