Rivergate Software Inc. - makers of DVDAfterEdit

Hi,

The time has come for me to purchase this software as I think it will help me out a lot!

I have been through the checkout process successfully and have downloaded both DVDAfterEdit ME and HD DVDAfterEdit.
The latter works ok (doesnt seem to ask for a serial or anything either?)... just need to figure it out a bit. More importantly I need to master a DVD9 to DLT with DVDAfterEdit ME today and every time I try to open the application (all the versions available for download) it "quits unexpectedly" without even having opened the app. Any ideas what might be wrong?
