Dumb Question

I was looking at this Spidrman Blu Ray Box set ad .
Is it possible to have 2 aspect Ratio with 1 MPEG-4 AVC stream or do you think
they managed to fit 2 streams ?

The answer is in the review to which you posted a link

"The first film is presented in 1.85:1 aspect ratio while the subsequent two are framed in 2.40:1."
