bug Tracer coply all command

Type of Mac : G5 BiPro 2x2Ghz
Mac OS version 10.4.8
DVDAfterEdit version Latest

1 - I copy and paste all command in a textedit files
2 - In the texte files every command is correct, except some cell command in the VTSM domain add with no reason.
3 - If i paste the command from the texte edit files the default is added to the new project.

Not sure I understand, what is the problem exactly ? Never heard of problem copying commands to text file and paste it back to project from that text file.
